Advanced Yoga
This course builds on the skills and experiences gathered in the courses for beginners and caters to all those who have already had some yoga practice.

As the basic positions have already been mastered and the attention has been stabilised, this course now turns to more demanding exercises. The Asanas (yoga positions) are held for a longer period of time which develops flexibility, strength and endurance. These qualities are enhanced by regular practice.
By practising specific relaxation exercises and Pranayamas (breathing exercises) we develop a better perception of our sensations, emotions and thought processes which also deepens our body awareness.
The Intensive Yoga Course caters to participants who have practised yoga for a very long time and/or have above-average flexibility.
